We evacuated to this hotel during Hurricane Irma. The hotel was full with people in our same stressful situation. The staff was fantastic! Very responsive and pleasant. They worked non-stop to clean up after all of us and the many pets! The suite was well equipped! Very thankful they were there for us! I highly recommend this site.
A 5 star for an affordable hotel by Cleveland Clinic- clean, nice, easy access, close to Cleveland Clinic (they are very helpful to people in tragedy). There are so many great restaurants even in walking distance. I marked 4 star because it is hard to mark a place 5 star and their rewards program would be great if it gave one night stay. We stay there all the time due to father surgery.
This is our second time staying here. Good price. Very clean. Room sizes are good. The staff at the front desk are very polite. And courteous.. Great place to stay.
After checking in after a three day work summit I noticed that my room was filthy there were crumbs etc. on the carpet it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while! Most surface areas in the kitchen etc. were covered in dust and I was able to move my finger across the dust and make lines that's how dusty the room was! The pillows were very uncomfortable the bed with hard it just wasn't an over all nice stay! However, one positive the staff at the front desk were fast and nice! Also, it's close to some great places to eat and the area seems very safe!!
I seriously contemplated if sleeping in my rental car would be more comfortable. I think the stuffing in my mattress is rocks... Rocks and lumps.
