On 3/21/2016, I had work done on my wedding and engagement rings and I was delighted. However, it did not last nearly as long as my salesman told me. I took the rings back to Weston on 4/1/2017 and told them how disappointed I was. They said my salesman no longer works for them, but they would redo the work on my rings at NO COST to me. This time, I was truthfully informed about how long the rhodium process would last. They treated me with such kindness and fairness that I would gladly deal with this jewelry store again.
Excellent service. They adjusted the band of my Rolex at no charge even when I didn't buy my watch from them. The staff is very cordial, the way they treat you is second to none and their customer service is always followed by a smile. 5 Stars all the way.
This was my first visit and was just for a battery replacement for a tissot diving watch that needed to be sent away as pressure testing was required. I was very impressed with the service i received. In addition, they charged about $30 less than tissot and Jared were asking. Everyone was very friendly - I will definitely be back!
What can be said beside perhaps this being the epitome of high end jewelry. Rolex, Cartier and gorgeous jewelry. The service is first class, always. I enjoy going in and just saying hi when we aren’t buying something new.
