Have been going to Cleveland Clinic Florida for over 10 years. All my doctors are here. They literally have saved my life twice. Dr. Sergio Pinski is the best. I have found them to be efficient and caring. Would give them 6-stars if I could.
They are popular, hence some reviews on 'unsatisfied' clients who choose not to recognize that this is a top notch hospital, and is a busy place.
The surgeons and doctors (in ICU etc.) are beyond amazing and they have saved loved ones that I have had a few times now. Thank you. We are totally blown away at the cleanliness and care given. You can actually leave your loved one and trust them if you have to.
They have extremely knowledgeable personnel and are very professional, always. You can easily tell they give their best every day.
This is an excellent hospital. I would only trust this place.
Horrible experience with my daughter having rib pain... pain under breasts. They couldn’t find cause. Charged me 2 co pays. Wouldn’t follow up with CT - treated her as a pain med junkie. She’s never taken meds in her life! She’s traveling out of the country tomorrow for a week, can’t see primary. I have 2physicians in family, I have never experienced such lack of patient care. Have contacted patient advocate.

Wonder hospital. My Doctor is incredible the 3rd floor nurses are the best. I never had to wait for anything. They treated me like I was the only person there. Even the cleaning staff was extremely nice and personable. I had the best care.
