Now, we are at Cleveland Clinic. We walked in and we were taken in immediately. There were 4 other people inside and they were taken in at the same time as us. We treated very kindly and the people were very friendly. 10 minutes later, we got the x-ray.
Don't recommend and don't think I would be coming back
This is lesson learned. Never hire any lazy or ignorant people for a job that affects the health of others.
Today, my son hurt his leg while playing soccer. At 7:55, I showed up with my son here. There was no parking close to the entrance, so we went to park like 20ft away. The lady at the door watched us park and watched us walk closer to the entrance. While we got closer (with my son limping), she locked the door and walked slowly to the receptionist. She had a conversation with the receptionist and came back when it was 8. She opened the door and told us that she can’t let anyone in after 8.
Came for a finger x Ray which is less than a 5 minute procedure, but the check in to register took for ever!!!
I came to the Urgent Care clinic with my son, who had a very bad cough, fever and respiratory difficulties. We got here at 10 am and only at 11:30 am (an hr and a half later!) the nurse took his vitals. When I asked why was it taking so long, they told us that they still didn't get an answer from our medical insurance, and they could only called us in after they answered. It was only after we paid for our visit that the nurse called us. After that, we waited for another 40 min for the Dr. Apparently our emergency was not important for them. May I mention that the waiting room was empty when we arrived, only one patient before us, and that they even called in people that arrived after us, before calling us. Very disappointed with the clinic and part of the staff!
We had to wait too long both times we went there. People working there are nice, but we got tired of waiting..
I love this place for Mamograms and sonograms. I would not go anywhere else. The staff are caring and treat you so nicely. They are aware that this is a very private matter and treat u accordingly. Highly recommend for that.
Had been here before, but never had to wait this long.
I’m not familiar with any other of their services, and I am pretty shocked that it has such bad reviews for the other services
